Every car comes with 3 months’ warranty as standard
Buying a used car shouldn’t feel like a gamble. That’s why every car we sell leaves with a minimum of 3 months’ warranty included in the price. It sits alongside a fresh MOT and a full prep in our own workshop.
We’ve been looking after cars in Bridgnorth for nearly 40 years. We prep every car properly before it goes on sale, and we’d rather stand behind it than leave you on your own if something goes wrong.
Want more peace of mind? Extend to 12 months
You can upgrade your warranty to 12 months when you buy. Because your first 3 months are already included, you only pay the difference. Just ask us for a price on the car you’re looking at.
A gearbox or turbo failure can easily run into four figures. For most people, a year’s cover costs far less than one big repair.
What’s covered?
Your warranty is provided by AutoTrust, one of the UK’s established used car warranty providers. The exact level of cover depends on the car’s age and mileage. Every car is covered for the major mechanical and electrical parts, including:
Engine and gearbox (manual and automatic)
Clutch, turbo and cooling system
Fuel system
Steering, suspension and driveshafts
Brakes (ABS)
Air conditioning, central locking and factory-fitted electrics
Many of our cars also qualify for a higher level of cover. That includes almost every mechanical and electrical part, plus wear and tear. We’ll always tell you exactly which cover your car comes with before you buy.
Every warranty includes
Unlimited claims, up to the price you paid for the car
Parts and labour covered
A temporary replacement vehicle while repairs are carried out
Up to 60 days of cover when driving in Europe
Cover that transfers to the new owner if you sell the car privately
What isn’t covered
We’d rather be upfront. Like any used car warranty, it doesn’t cover:
Routine servicing, or items that wear out with normal use, like brake pads, discs and clutch linings
Tyres, wheels, battery, bulbs and wiring
Bodywork, paint, glass and interior trim
Exhaust and DPF
Sat nav, phone and entertainment systems
The full terms are in your warranty handbook, which you’ll get when you buy. We’ll talk you through it.
How to make a claim
If something goes wrong, call the claims line in your handbook before any work starts. Repairs need to be approved first. If you’re stuck or unsure, give us a call and we’ll help you through it.
Your rights
Your warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act. It never replaces them.
Got a question?
Pop in, give us a ring or drop us a message. We’re happy to go through the warranty on any car before you commit.
